We started Norviq to connect demanding industrial companies with consultants who truly know quality and operational excellence – without middlemen who don't understand the subject.
Our background
From the production floor to partner
Norviq was founded by people who have themselves worked as quality managers, quality engineers and improvement leaders in Swedish manufacturing. We've sat on the other side of the table and know how it feels when a supplier sends the wrong person to a critical assignment.
That's why we build Norviq differently. We take the time to understand both the assignment and the consultant, and we take responsibility for the match holding – not just at the start, but throughout the assignment.
Today we work with companies in battery, automotive, manufacturing, medical devices and tech across Sweden – on site and remote.
